Sleep/Insomnia Test Scale - Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS) free online test. AIS, also known as the Athens Insomnia Scale, is an internationally recognized self-assessment scale for sleep quality. It can be used to survey the public's sleep quality.
Note: The higher the score, the more severe the insomnia. Since the scale is only an auxiliary screening tool, the scale test results are for reference only.
