Introduction

Burns, a new generation of American psychotherapist and professor at the University of Pennsylvania. This depression self-diagnosis form can help you quickly diagnose whether you have depression and the degree of depression.
Burns Depression Checklist Score Explanation
The test scale has a total of 25 test questions. The first 10 test questions are tested from the perspective of personal "feelings and feelings", the 11th to 17th test questions are tested from the perspective of "activities and personal relationships", the 18th to 22nd test questions are tested from the perspective of "physiological symptoms", and the last 3 test questions are tested from the perspective of "suicidal tendencies".
The minimum score for each question is 0 points and the maximum score is 4 points. Therefore, your final score should be between 0 and 100 points.
Now, you can check the score explanation according to your score.
If the total score is always above 10, you may need professional treatment. If you have suicidal tendencies, be sure to see a mental health professional immediately.
