Each item is divided into four levels of 0-3, and the higher the score, the more severe the anxiety or depression symptoms. Studies have found that HAD has good reliability and validity.

Scale description

The higher the score, the more severe the symptoms may be. Since the scale is only an auxiliary screening tool, the scale test results are for reference only.

Scores in the range of 0~7 indicate no symptoms.
