(4) Severe: Consciously have the item symptom, the degree is severe.

(5) Severe: Consciously have the item symptom, the degree has reached a very serious level.

Note: The above scores are the total average scores.
This scale uses the total average score for rating. According to the scale norm standard:
A score in the range of 1~1.99 indicates that there is no depression.
A score in the range of 2~2.99 indicates that there is mild depression.
A score in the range of 3~3.99 indicates that there is moderate depression.
A score between 4 and 4.99 indicates severe depression.
A score of 5 indicates severe depression.
