OBQ-44 was compiled by the Obsessive-compulsive Cognition Working Group (OCCWG) to test the obsessive beliefs of an individual. The scale contains 3 subscales and a total of 44 items, including: responsibility/threat assessment, perfectionism/certainty assessment, and importance/control thinking assessment. The higher the score on the scale, the more obsessive beliefs the individual has.
